Luke 19: 45-48

Jesus entered the temple area and proceeded to drive out those who were selling things, saying to them, "It is written, 'My house shall be a house of prayer', but you have made it a den of thieves." And every day he was teaching in the temple area. The chief priests, the scribes, and the leaders of the people, meanwhile, were seeking to put him to death, but they could find no way to accomplish their purpose because all the people were hanging on his words.

Dawg's Thought:

Today's prayer intention - for the repose of the souls of Dorothy Blundell and Ronald Blundell.

And every day he was teaching in the temple area ...

Lord, You make all things new.
Just as You restored the temple to be a place of prayer,
I invite you to do the same in me.
Help me to appreciate the gifts that you have given me
so that I may do what is right according to Your will.
Help me to treat my body with reverence
so that I may be able to invite You in.
Help me to be faithful to You
so that in the end, I may be with You in Your dwelling place.
Lord, I have faith that You make all things new.

Take care and God Bless.
